Are there any parents who are interested in schooling alternatives such as Rudolf Steiner, Montessori or similar for their 3-5 year olds.
If you are and would like more info please get in touch via pm,
a group of parents are starting an initiative.

Check out 'Schools and Studies'.

There is a thread on Waldorf schools and starting one in Malta. I'm not sure of the present status though.
