Opening a small resort

Hi,

I am a young entrepreneur and I intend to move to Zanzibar from Romania in July. My family and I wish to open a small resort, something such as a guest house or an inn on a beach. Could anyone please help with any details?

Our project would include around 10 bungalows to rent and we would want a land of 1000-1500 square meters.

I have found on various official websites information about visas and needed capital to open a business for a foreigner but I would need to talk to someone with actual experience.
