Problem & looking for Solutions. I'm in America and she is in Vietnam

I'm in America and my Fiance' is in Vietnam. We have been wanting to get married for almost one year now but we can not because of the borders being closed so I can not come to Vietnam. She can not get a visa to come to America. We can not get immigration started till we meet in person (we have not yet but Whatsapp for 3 or 4 hours day) and/or get married. I have looked into us meeting at another country but every country we've looked into we I can go, is not so willing to allow one from Vietnam to enter. Partly due to not having a large enough bank account and such. And even if those requirements are met she will not be able to get back into Vietnam. So..........we painfully wait for the borders to open. The only possible solution I've thought of so far is that when Thailand opens up for Americans that we meet there and get married there and start immigration to the US at that point. Then if she can't back into Vietnam I will stay with her there for one year or however long it takes for her US Visa to get approved. This would be expensive and I don't even know if we could both stay there in Thailand for there visa policies. I have joined FB groups with similar situations and see others getting together but none from Vietnam being resolved. Any ideas or suggestion.....? Thanks.
