Residence by Investment

Hi guys,

Just wanted to check if you have any thoughts/experiences about the process of getting a residence by investment in Portugal. Over a year ago we bought a property and applied with SEF and still waiting for response. Do you have any experiences with possibly changing/recommending lawyers during this process? We don't seem to be getting much from ours.

Thanks

JohnnyPT

Hi,
It seems to me that SEF is experiencing many delays in processing new applications. This is (very) justified by the pandemic, which made 2020 an atypical year...

Please try to inform yourself by sending an email:

Best regards

Guifig

I can confirm that it has been taking a while and that it's virtually impossible to reach out to SEF.
