Hi, unbelievably they emailed me this afternoon stating the passport is ready for collection on Tuesday or Thursday. I shall have to bite my tongue if they ask why I haven't collected it earlier!!! I had bern told by the passport office in UK 'to be patient and wait for the call and not to go to the office until then.'
I've updated the forum.
