Not yet any announcement, acrually only foreigner holding Kitas or Kitap can fight to Jakarta, and they are subject to 5 days quarantine in authorized hotel and two swab test on they own cost.
Keep an Eye on the Indonesian immigration web site.

The dates seem to get extended all the time. I too have an English friend who lives here but is overseas waiting for the immigration office to open on 8th February, then he'll let me know if he can get his Kitas or not. So far, since September, the dates keep be delayed again and again so don't expect too much. Covid cases are very high here and hospitals are pretty full. Even if you are able to come here, Customs will probably bring you to a local hotel where you will need to stay for a week or two. Better that you check again tomorrow.
