The system asked you to create a new topic and title it "Phu Quoc... I understood what the OP attempted to do, and I knew that he posted in the Networking forum.  However, what he wrote was neither a job ad nor a request for feedback or even a professional connection.  It's a resume with a beginning and a middle but without an ending.  It missed a target goal.  It's simply off!  Also off the wall.

In Vietnamese language, there's an adage to call things that are haphazardly done, it's "đầu voi đuôi chuột" (an elephant head with a mouse tail).  The OP's post doesn't even have a tail.  It's incomplete, it showed no purpose, and it made the readers scratch their heads in bewilderment.

And that big slogan-type of title definitely doesn't have anything to do with the post aside from the name of his location.
