Hi. I got married last August 2020 and delivered my baby on december. Marriage was delayed due to lockdown on my home country and docs were not easy to get. Now, I have problem getting my baby's birth certificate. I went to national egovernment authority in Isa town to process it and they gave me procedures but its written in arabic. They said no need for lawyer. What should I do? Do I need an agent? And how long will it take if ever an agent process it? Please advise me. Thank you.
