Hi,

The validity of my iqama is until November 2021. I joined the company last October 2014, the last contract i signed was on November 2016.

I want to transfer to other company because one company want to hire me.

Can i transfer to them even my current employer not allow me to go? Please advice what to do.

You can discuss this matter with labour court. If your contract is already finished with current employer and you have given resignation letter to them, this proof will work for you. Secondly, it serms your 3 months salary is pending, thetefore you can join the new company. But keep your all proof with you.

You can not.
You need permission of the current employer.
