No agent can do that easily.
It will cost more than a visa through bribery.
The right way to do it is ask your kafeel to remove it.
How long do you have huroob?

It's about one year ago my hubby company put him on huroob

It is impossible to remove it now.
Ask him to come back home.
Because even if someone can help him it will cost more than a visa.
And it will be illegal and HARAAM.

Kafeel can remove huroob only in 15 days after that he can not do it.
Anyway it's upto him.
Do whatever you like to do.
