Employee transfer request

How long will it take if my employer just ignored the transfer request from my new company who wants to hire me. Is there any time limit for him to approve or to rejects the said request transfer? My iqama is to going to expired on May 22, 2021. Is it possible for me to transfer even my current employer didn't make any action on my request. Thank you.

Please can anyone answer my question. Can my employer send me back home if he doesn't want me to transfer into other company even if I have transfer request from other company in Qiwa? Please someone can help me.. Thanks in advance.
