shell form ap apartment

Marcin Kowalski

The building where I bought my apartment is still under construction. I want to make some changes that will make my apartment different from the actual plan. For example I want to change the entrance doors. They are situated inside the building and they are not visible from outside. Can I do the changes like that without asking the developer? What changes I can do without the process of accepting by the other authorities like the main architect etc?

Any change in structural layout needs planning approval.

Some like slightly moving a door might only need a retro filled notification of variance but in general if you change structures you have to go through the whole process.

Suggest you ask the architect who can advise you
