Hi All!
As most of you I am moving expat. Some places visited for not more than couple of weeks, month. We're so accustomed to our gadgets like mobile phones, computers, internet. What to do? Buying new SIM and inform everybody about new number - almost impossible. Those SIM become dead. Most contacts have computers but less of them have I-net connection. We lose our contacts, friends, bonds... Have anybody tried to calculate expenses of it. May be it is better to have satellite phone? Widely known it is EXPENSIVE, but compare to losses of contacts, payments for all new SIMs, sometimes with bad subscriptions... Any thoughts?
Appreciate your views:

Hi, i think this is not a cool idea...using satellite phone is lil too risky coz, mostly terrorist use these phones to hide their locations, and if you use them in India, then probably N.I.A or C.B.I will catch you...and even i saw some reports regarding to this "satellite phone" matter on news channels...So, be aware don't use "satellite phone" is too bad idea...Good luck, take care! ;)

Hi, keanu. Thanks for your reply. Are there any legal ways? Or it is prohibited by law? I know some countries does not allow sat phones and sat communication at all. Is India among them?

Yea,dude.you cant use any kind of a satellite phone in India after that terrorist attack of 20/11 in hotel Taj Palace ,Bombay government banned the satellite phone...well,if you think that you should then i suggest you to don't take any kind of a risk of satellite phone's..its a bad idea...carry on ya GSM phones..:)
