Can we apply new S Pass while EP Appeal is pending with MOM

Please advise,
How is the chance for EP appeal approval?
Is it possible to apply new S Pass concurrently while waiting for EP appeal result? How is the chance for S Pass approval?
Also, anyways I can extend my STVP ? Or can I apply for social visit pass for 1 month?

First things first, get a STVP extension through your current employer.

Now on the pass, you cannot have two concurrent applications for a work pass. You need to withdraw one and apply for the other (EP withdrawal first, then SP fresh application).

Your salary hike- it ain’t much, 500 as you say, why not justify it on the cover letter to clarify what’s the monthly bump?

Passes are getting approved, lot of recent approvals, if you possess the righteous skills for the job, the criteria for hiring has been met with, you would sure secure an approval with a solid justification/ cover letter.
