Dear friend kindly advice and and help me to go to Labour Court

I have an issue with my employer who forces me to work 11 hours and gives me 8 hours salary.

I was working 11 hours and  get paid 8 hours salary till may 2020. I went for vacation in June 2020 for my wife delivery and came back in November 2020 with my wife and  newborn. My wife is a nurse in PSMMC riyadh that is why only we could come back after vacation on medical staff flights. We couldnt bring my mother to take care of the baby as Saudi stopped stamping new visas then.

So I requested my company to give me 9 hours duty as I have to reach in home to take care of the baby before my wife leave for work. They allowed it but reduced my salary from 2500/- to 1700/-.( have bank proof)  Which is unfair but is had no other go so I continued there without talking a word.

But now they are forcing me to work 11 hours or they will Exit me. I have got final order to work 11 hours from 1.06.2021. 7 more days left. If I go exit I cant come back as there are no flights from India. I requested  then release but they are not ready to give. Also not ready to give 9 hours duty as well even after knowing my situation. I really cant go exit now as my wife and baby here

2 more points, firstly, I have not received salary of August 2019 and December 2019

Secondly, I have forced to pay 6000 SAR for not working for 5 months ( June 2020 to November October 2020) as I was stuck in India due to no flights but not received the receipt but I have all proof of they ask me money in whats app

After all these humiliating now they force me to go exit or 11 hours work.

I would like to approach Labour court in 5 days. Is there any one here can help me ?

My friend two things are there, it is clear no one can force you to work for 11 hours without over time.
First you go to labour office and tell all story, hopefully they will help you in this regard.
Otherwise you can put your case in labour office after that it will go to labour court if problem not solved in labour office.
You can proceed your case in labour office, either online yourself or you can do it by a lawyer.

thank you sir 🥰

hello,
back in lockdown days it was allowed to reduce salary up to 40 %. Regarding making you work 11 hours, you have the right to complain. For more details go to laboreducation dot mlsd dot gov dot sa/en and read about your rights.
