Renewed US Passport in Cambodia

Exiting Cambodia with brand new renewed US passport, what’s the formalities at the airport immigration?

If i recalled correctly, the Thailand airport immigration had required an embassy letter that validated the new passport.

Actually, the US Embassy should be able to inform you about what you would need. Probably your old passport handy just in case.

I guess you still have your old passport so take them both with you, also because you might have a valid extension of stay in the old one.
