If you came here on company visa then you still need permission. Even, if you have transferred to the company and have some sort of limitless agreement/contract then you are on ground zero.

You all guys have contracts which has not been terminated and that is the reason for 90 days waiting.
Only your current employer can terminate the contract before that 90 days period and even after those 90 days you will need permission.
IT WILL NOT TRANSFER AUTOMATICALLY.

As per labor, since we asked about it. The current employer has the ability to make the 90 days lower. The 90 days were automatic from the government that you need to comply for the preparation of transfer. It will make your current company have time to search for your replacement. The written paper are not honore anymore. You should submit the resignation electronically. And after 90 days you can transfer automatically without your kafeels approval as long as you dont have a electronic contract. Expire iqama and no remaining contract. 90 days will be lower depends on your employer decision. And also you can contact qiwa supoort as per advised.

Regarding your inquiry about the notice period, please note that the notice period is 90 days from the date of the employee’s acceptance of the transfer request, and the transfer takes place without a notice period in the following cases:
1- The employee's residence has expired
2- The employee’s work permit has expired
3- The existence of a malicious communication at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development


Note that the current employer can reduce the notice period by following the following steps:
1- Login to the Qiwa platform after receiving the service transfer request notification
2-Choose a service transfer service
3-Choose the received orders
4- Choosing to modify the end date of the contractual period to a shorter period.

HI,
After new employer send job offer by Qiwa , is he able to cancel it any time.

After he send job offer if it takes 90 days to transfer , may be new employer think to cancel due to long waiting . Then he would be able to cancel the job offer . if yes what would be status of active notice period .
