Can anyone help in details what Qiwa is saying in Answer. Since it is arabic.

لقد قبلت عرضًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني من صاحب عمل جديد وسيقومون بتقديم طلب في نظام QIWA بحلول نهاية يونيو 2021.
هل ستضعني قوى في حالة "في انتظار اكتمال فترة الإخطار" في ذلك الوقت؟ لقد استقلت بالفعل من شركتي الحالية وستنتهي فترة إشعاري في 30 يونيو 2021.
الرجاء توجيه ما يجب القيام به.

بعد موافقة الموظف على طلب الانتقال، يتم بدء فترة إشعار انتهاء العلاقة التعاقدية بعد تحقيق الشروط الخاصة من المنشأة مقدمة الطلب، ويمكن لصاحب العمل القديم تقليل مدة الاشعار الى الحد الاقصى من خلال الدخول على قائمة الطلبات - فترة الاشعار - تقليل المدة .

I think old employer has option to reduce the time for notice period as per contractual obligations of employee with company. Mentioned 90 days may be the maximum period for a notice.

Dated 2th-May-2021, My new employer sent me job offer on email which I accepted and resigned accordingly with my current employer on same date.

My notice period is started since 2th-May-2021 and will be completed on 30th-June-2021.

My new employer will send Qiwa request to me on around 30th June 2021.

After I will accept the request on Qiwa, will it put me on notice period status ??? But I will have already completed notice period by 30th June 2021 

Please guide as I am so much confused. How my iqama will be transferred.

Same. I sent a notice since march. My contract end last thursday and i accepted a new offer. After i accept it 90 days notice came. So my written notice is not counted? Lol. That will be unfair. My iqama will expire before 90 days will finish. 2 grounds for not having an employee to be involved

This is Contradiction with QIWA WEB SECTION FAQ # 07.

Employee will be transferred immediately if one of the below conditions are met:

In case there is no valid contract between the employee and his current establishment.
Employee Work Permit is expired.
Employee Iqama is expired.
In case of not receiving salary for more than 60 days.
In case of not issuing a work permit for more than90 days from first day entry.


I am Complying with 1st two conditions, and my iqama shall expire in 2nd week of september 2021,
after acceptance of new employer's request "Pending for Notice Period " has appeared.

Now either QIWA should correct its web portal, or should Transfer the employees immediately who are complying to one of these conditions.

Brother your 1day was left what happened ? After that automatic transfer by new kofil or still old kofil permission needed?

Everyone kept saying that they do not have valid contract.
How can you say that?
Have you got that from GOSI?

Tell these guys that they need permission from the employer.
This system is just digital.
It's not a new system in practical.
There is still same rules and regulations. And those things are 4 or 5 years old.

I made contract with my company when I joined back in 2019 (2 years ago). After that I don't receive any SMS or contract from GOSI for acceptance.


So, currently do I have valid contract in the eyes of new system/QIWA?

Yes, you do have.
Gosi is old system okay.
Before March 2021 it was compulsory to put employee's contract details on GOSI on the website.
Now, the government says put PDF file also with the details.
There is nothing new.
If you came here on a company visa then your contract will never expires unless terminated or altered.
