Hi I am a Bangladeshi. I am working on construction side in Malaysia and I have a work permit here and I have a Bangladesh International Driving License, so what else do I need to buy a car in Malaysia

If you are paying cash, its no problem. For loans, Im not sure if your salary is sufficient for a bank. Your question is best answered at a car shop. Walk in and ask, they will know.

yes, you can buy with loan if salary is good, and banks asks a lot related documents and will check if ok, then you can buy car with loan, if has more money just buy with cash also fine. usually car dealer helps to solve these payment, loan etc things.

I got a car with a loan last year. I just went to the Proton dealer closest to me and they only asked for my salary. After they spoke to the bank, someone from Maybank contacted me and asked me for some more info (passport, visa, etc) and that was it. After a while, I went to sign the papers and pick up the car.
