Gulf ban if you have a criminal Court case

Hi, myself Mohammed I m a dentist from India, I want to know that I have a criminal Court case in Saudi Arabia pending against me due to problem in treatment so am I banned from travelling to qatar and other gulf countries,
And also I heard that if I go to other gulf country during immigration my case I Saudi will show in qatar immigration during finger print on arrival and I will sent to Saudi Arabia and not deported to India from qatar. Is this true???

If there is a criminal case, there is a warrant out for arrest and shared with other GCC countries, then yes, there might be a problem.

In other cases, if a criminal judgement has been passed then you might not even get a visa to Qatar in the first place - during security clearance.

Stay away from GULF if you have an open criminal case in any GULF COUNTRY.

A friend of mine had a criminal case in UAe (bankruptcy business) but nothing in Qatar , This was 10:years ago, don’t know about now.

Bankruptcy is not a criminal case per se, the bans and issues happen for real crimes i.e. theft, fraud, assault etc.
