Singapore EP renewal approved but DPs pending

Yes, give it a few days after EP renewal, will be done. There is no need to panic if EP is done.

DPs are usually approved together with, or very shortly after the associated work pass.
Your employer should contact MoM to ask what is holding it up!

Hi guys, I am facing the same situation. My company applied for EP and DP renewal at the same time in the start of January. My EP got renewed in 4 weeks time - at the end of Jan - but DP was still pending.

when I check from the online portal, it does not show new applied date and show pass expired (since they are expired and my family is not in Singapore). But my HR can see pending status and "waiting for inputs from other agencies.."

Two questions:

- Why the status is not reflecting in the public EP status portal as I was able to see mine but not showing for DP passes since then. It is confirmed that the passes were applied and status is pending currently. The HR sent the screenshots.

- Ideally DP passes are approved within 1-2 weeks but its been more than 4 weeks after EP approval and overall about 8 weeks from the application submission date. Could you please explain this?

There is something wrong!
Once the EP is approved, there should not be any "pending" or "other agencies" status.
DP applications are not visible in EPOnline, as far as I know.
Your employer should contact MoM to find out what the correct status is.

Thank you for the reply. My HR called MOM and they said they will try to expedite this application as they can't further advise what is the matter with the hold up. They gave a reference number that can be used for follow ups. I can't even understand it when EP is approved why DP is showing other agencies status....

As Beppi mentioned above, there is some error here, just use the reference number and have your employer follow-up with MoM. Shouldn’t take long.
