My Alrajhi bank account cannot be opened and is blocked, I still have money in it and cannot withdraw it. How to unlock Account

Last one month I faced big problem,... I was opening online account from al rajhi bank ... after that I was printed a ATM card ... when I was created a 4 digit pin the ATM shown me your temporarily is unable process ....

Then I visited in the branch and submitted Al the documents  address proof , salary certificate, passport, iqama... 

It has been 15 days and my work has not been done...What should I do now?I have money in my account?...

    Why blocked? Is your IQAMA expired? That is the only way they can blocked you. Or you mean on your ATM or Almubasger account?

@frkariuki63 Hi,its impossible that the bank wouldnt do any action.Just try to approach in male branch coz generally,they transact faster and more approachable.Though in my case,I went to female branch.They asked me to write an explanation letter for 1 month in and out transactions of my atm.After 3-5 working days,it was settled and my acct was reactivated.Hope it helps.

Hi now coming salary, moj i think they make my account freeze, moj take my salary? bcoz i have unpaid loan in quara, until when they will freeze my account?

@mjheart06 Hi, they will freeze your acct until its fully paid.

They will took from my salary? for example my salary is 4600 then my unpaid loan in quara is 4573, so they will deduct automatically in my payroll?

How can i pay if i cannot withdraw my salary?

Bank said we already submitted all required documents and send the same again and again in process not unblocked what shall I do

My Alrajhi bank account suspended from central bank after I exited from kingdom. Now care@alrajhi saya to contact Najiz to solve the problem. How can i contact Najiz from outside?? What is the proces yo unsuspended my account? Plsss

I created new account on Al rajhi bank.,..but now when I open and signin they said your password is incorrect....and I'm sure I put it right username and password..,what should I do now

@Bhavna I creat new account after I signin they said that your username and password is incorrect and not open it they said that you put multiple times wrong password but I enter the right password.,.
