no one can make your final exit as it is the only one who can make your exit from now onwards according to the new rules. as far as notice period is concern your new employer should know about it as according to the new labour law notice period is of 60 days. however you can consult your previous company and they can release you at anytime when they want.

There is a guy who is posting on another thread.
His old employer put final exit on his visa.
Don't mislead the people here, please.
There is nothing new.
It is the same old system.
The old employer can do anything whatever he wants to do.
And that is the TRUTH.

I am not miss leading anyone, you can check from your absher now. the rules are slightly changed and my mandoob told me now no one can send you exit if you have contract in qiwa .so you need to study the rules as things are not the same as were before

Just to be on the safe side, Buy a car, even 1980 model, just buy a car, if car would be on your name employer cant stamp exit

Those rules are for printing books.
Those rules and everything is way old.

Now, listen, an employer can terminate the contract and even an employee does this when he/she accepts a new request on Qiwa.
The contract just finished automatically.
Either the contract is expired or you violated it, in both cases the employer got the excuse to put final exit on the visa.

He would need to put an big objection on the employee.

The government has granted the companies one leverage, which is: The companies shall have the authority to approve transfer requests and vacations.
This is the main rule right now.
They are paying for your iqama, they paying your tax and what should you expect from the government?
The power always in the hands of those who are responsible for paying the money to the government.

You should have to pay for your visa/iqama.

Currently i am facing same issue, i completed my contacts. And accept new contract from new emplyer.
And there is remaining 67 days
But my old employer put final exit

I need to cancel it very urgent. I dont have any clue. From i can cancel this .
Old employer nt agree for cancel either transfer.
