Hi there,

I am currently filling out the Annex A form.
My company is a Subsidiary and is Foreign-owned by a holding company in France. I am its legal Director and I receive a fixed monthly salary. I have 2 questions :

1) The only choices given by the Annex A for Foreign-owned companies are "Rep office" or "Branch" (Subsidiary is not mentioned anywhere)
Do you know how it should be indicated in the form (do I add the "Subsidiary" option manually) ?

2) As the legal Director, can I put my own signature and stamp on the form or does it have to be done by someone from my holding company in France ?

Thanks in advance for your help~

1. Ask ICA, but I tink "branch" and "subsidiary" means the same.
2. I don't think you can sign company papers certifying your own status (at the least, that is very bad style). Ask your deputy to sign it!
