I have been informed that we should expect a heatwave this weekend, reaching its peak on Monday.

Yikes...we were going to go to Comino on Monday for a BBQ but looks like we would of been the ones cooked...Thanks for the info.

Don't cancel on my account please. I am only passing on info I have received... if you cancel and I'm wrong I'd feel terrible. Just pack extra sun screen and brolly.

Weather sites give conflicting info:

Maltaweather.com ......temps around 33 ° C until Wednesday then cooler

MaltaAirport .....temps around 35 ° for the next days

For Malta in July both forecasts do not really qualify as a heatwave but just normal high temperatures.

Heatwave would have to be above 35 ° for this time of the year. So just enjoy the normal summer weather and wear a hat and sunscreen and drink enough fluid ( Cisk doesn't really count -)))
