EP rejected twice

Hi All

My husband Was on dp and his salary was 6k , he was converted to ep on same salary in 2020 june. He came to singapore and started working from nov 2019. He is trying to switch company from feb 2021 . First a consultancy filed ep with 7.5k and mom rejected saying high salary. They had meeting with MOM to justify the hike but no luck.

Later in march he got new offer and they applied the Ep with salary equal to SAT , but still rejected as high salary. SAT salary for 6.7 so 700 hike they applied. But this time too they rejected and company re appealed and still rejected.

My hubby got new offer now and he is confused if multiple ep rejection can cause any issue with Mom. He can continue in current job but the contract is expiring in sep hence he is trying luck outside.

Any suggestions if he can apply try luck this time or not to go for it.

Mine also rejected twice for a high salary with Employer1 and later approved for SAT salary with Employer 2. I think previous rejections has nothing to do with new applications from a new employer.

Previous EP applications may have been rejected, it’s fine. Shouldn’t be a barrier this time around, do try and ensure the new employer is furnishing comprehensive info (including a justification) as to why he is being selected, salary justification etc.

Please check the company's profile, are they a big or small company or start-up company?

First two are consultancies but they have good reputation . Current one is singapore based

He is into IT , devops engneer profile . He has 9.5 years exp
