I am disabled anyone have a name and phone number of an agency that provides home healthcare services. Can anyone help me with a name and phone number of an agency in the Puerto Plata Area?

Welcome to the forums. I am sorry I am not aware of any agency for this. Normally people simply hire what help they need. That isn't always an easy solution.

I'm not at all sure but perhaps the Veterans Wellness Center might be able to respond. Here's the contact info for the Santiago one:
