Hello can anyone advise. I m in Scotland. Does it matter wh8ch embassy i go to, it is easier for me to go to Belfast than London.

Is the one in Scotland a Consulate and not an Embassy?

This makes a huge difference, as, I believe, only the Embassy can do the D visa stuff.

I was told Edinburgh then Dundee , i have tried calling but number doesn t exist.
