Morning, I have seen a lot of discussions around expats buy houses on the island but nothing on them buying either commercial or industrial? What is the situation around this for expats? Thank you

Not allowed. They just want to sell expats mostly from S.Africa overpriced tiny boxes. Different in Europe as mostly refugees would be given free house and money, but in Mauritius refugees escaping S.A would have to pay as they have a paying capacity to prop the economy.

I have prime AAA Grade fully occupied OFFICES (Commercial) in Eben, earning US$ rental FOR SALE to expats, so not sure about the "not allowed"?

If commercial property or land is in the many smart city schemes they are available to foreigners. I've Heared that they also allowing foreigners to by farming land. If that's true I'd look at a foreign as a partner.
