Post new topic

uradhan

Hi I am an expat working in MY from 2017.

My last working day with my current employer is 31st Oct & my flight back to my home country is on 4th Nov 2021.

My EP physical cancelation date is 4th Nov 2021. Though my employer deducting 11% of my Tax every month, they will not able to provide me Tax clearance letter before 4th Nov.

Can I exit Malaysia without providing my tax clearance letter. in MyHasil all my taxes are paid till date.

Please advise, as my Visa is ending on the same day & I have booked for evacuation flight. Will they bar me to leave MY if I fail to provide the tax clearance letter ?
