Yes me too is in need to a good deal for a Gym, with/without swimming pool nearby Al Malaz Area, preferrable seten or King Abdul Aziz Hospital

fitness time is the best deal in my opinion

You can go to Yamama Hotel, it has a number of facilities that you might need and is very low priced

Fitness Time on Exit 7. It has a wooden floor squash court and a great gym with variety of quality & new machines.

I live near KSU. What are the names of the gyms so I can check them out? SAR 700 is a very good price.

Hey I live near exit 8 in hamra (red) district  and there is a descent gym in Hasan bin Ali road intersection with imam saud road block in front of "romansiya" pink restaurant that I'm considering to join. They got a small swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, decent body building equipment, a full time trainer and daily classes which you can choose to enroll in.
I've been to fitness time once and I loved it. The atmosphere is very high class and relaxed with many trainers and cool Saudis (I spotted a few expats too). I do like it but I don't think it's worth it paying 600/month for all that when you go for only a few hours per week... On the other hand the gym I saw (still not sure if I'll enroll because it's a 15/20 min walk from my place) has everything and is clean, maybe not the newest but it's above average and it costs 1800 per year (they have the 6month + 6 month deal) and I guess 250/300 on per month basis. Hope you find this helpful. Anybody living in al hamra district??

I am 35yrs old & pretty new to join any fitness center and dont exactly know what exercises should be feasible for me.
I am looking to go for 1) fitness exercises like  aerobics etc.   and 2) to learn swimmning.

You can refer to any BodyMaster Gym. I have personally attended the one in between King Fahad Road and Olaya near Tahlia Street. It has very good facilities. Pool is there and you can learn by trainer as well. They have Aerobic room as well with scheduled classes.

If money is not an issue, drop there now. Else subscribe to their website and wait for offers.
