Changing emirate visa, with TB scar (spouse visa)

hi guys good day, TB scar issue does anybody in recent months/years have the same case where their visa change or cancelled then apply a visa again that passes the medical test with TB scar here in dubai? Cancelled visa is under 6months after cancellation this is for spouse / dependent visas only.. thank you

Hello My wife got a job in dubai when she went for medical followup request was there to visit again, in followup request the doctor suggested that she has old TB scars do not go for test again and cancel the employment visa and apply for spouse visa. Now i can sponsor her as spouse visa. My question is

1.shall i apply for Spouse visa, i heard that they will declare fit for spouse visa?

2 Can she work on spouse visa ?

I had a similar situation with my spouse’s visa last year. We had a canceled visa, but when we applied for a new one, the TB scar issue wasn’t a problem as long as the medical test came back clear. We just made sure to get all the necessary documents and followed up with the visa office to check if anything specific was needed.
