EP Approval

Hi Ram,
For me EP is applied on 23 Dec. And on 27Dec they asked for further college documents.
11Jan MOM asked for background verification.
Background verification took more time so EP rejected on 24Jan from MOM.
Company will reapply EP again once they have background verification process completed.

My application was submitted on Jan5
11jan MOM asked for CV and employer submitted on 12jan.
Status still pending as of today.

Employer sure is inexperienced, CV is a must.

As a future investment on your own self, get the BGV from a 3rd party and keep it handy for future applications, renewals etc.

Each time additional info or documents are requested, it’s like the entire pack is reviewed again- unless a minor clarification. Be patient.

That's a good idea. Thanks for informing. Currently the BGV almost took 2 week. Still they say 2-3 week more needed. I am like WTDo..

I’ve called it out in other posts/ threads too- unless highly reputed Universities from less corrupt countries- this is an investment you make to ensure you are in the clear.
