EP job offer or Work permit offer unable to decide!!!help please

Your post is as confused as you profess to be. Maybe you can explain the following:
- What is your current status?
- Do you have two or three job offers?
- Are you eligible for DP or not?
- What is the confusion about different passes and losing everything?!?

You can ask company A to withdraw your Pass application.
Once withdrawal is completed ask Company B to apply for new EP application.

Maybe you can explain the following:
- What is your current status?-- I am on S-pass in my current company ..and in notice period .
My last day of job is 11 feb
- Do you have two or three job offers?--
No I have just 2 job offers
1- dp on work permit
2- EP job
- Are you eligible for DP or not?-- yes i am eligible. ..but my dp can be applied only on last day of my current job ( since I can have s-pass and DP at the same time )
- What is the confusion about different passes and losing everything?!?
If my EP is applied on 29th jan by company B and is pending near MoM
The company A cannot apply for work permit.( My joining here will be based on DP ( which should be applied on 10feb )

Not sure if I have to ask company B about what is their plan if my EP not approved ? Will they go and apply for work permit..my  company B  cosultancy says I should not ask that question to the company B -HR as they will have a doubt it won't get approved and might not even apply for EP.

Still confusing:
- So it seems you have already resigned (or were fired) from your current job. After that, you will get a 30-days (sometimes 60-days) STVP. No problem here and you have no time pressure to find asilution.
- And you already have to job offers. Good for you!
- One of them requires a DP and WP. Why??? If the company already has too many foreigners and no space in their S-Pass quota, and thus is operating beyond the allowed range (or is too stingy to pay any levies for you), it is not a desirable employer!
- The other one requires an EP - and you are worrying that it won't be approved. Well, that's the risk you always take: Any application could be rejected!
- Who told you you (or rather, your spouse's employer) cannot apply for a DP now? I have never heard of that. (If it was that "consultant": Ditch them, they often cause nothing but problems!)

Thank for your time in answering

The current company don't have any development work since the project is handed over to Vendor.So my manager told he would look for project within the company else would send me back to agency.
So in my job search got the Company A offer and resigned, then put my papers as well .
Then got company B offer for EP and was a permanent position.

Yes, of course: You can only have one valid pass at any one time.
But who told you that you cannot apply for it now? (After all, you can also apply for an EP now, while holding an S-Pass.)
