I just got my S Pass approved but I was previously holding a long term pass. Do I need to return my LTVP to ICA?

Hi! Sorry just wondering, if you are on LTVP, can’t you work and you won’t have to apply for an S Pass? I thought that was possible? Like you can work without quota requirements if you are on LTVP?

My LTVP is from ICA under the graduate scheme, thus I would still need a valid working pass(S Pass, E Pass) to work in Singapore

Jackkkieeedann: Your LTVP will be automatically cancelled when your S-Pass is issued.

You may confuse this with the LTVP+, which allowed work with an additional LoC. But the LTVP+ no longer exists.

You can’t work on LTVP or STVP, you need relevant passes (PEP, EP, S-Pass etc) or a literal upgrade to PR/ Citizenship to be able to work in Singapore.
