About the range, actually it is around 2000-3000 usd by agencies.
Directly with owners, around 1000-2500 usd, there are some sites for that, but you will need to speak vietnamese or somebody will help you, that is an another story.

But usually villas are bigger and more expensive ! around 3000-8000 usd, withat least 6 batrooms, some villas have 12 bathrooms, like this one with 5 bathrooms***
