I would like to get the process of School Transfer Certificate and score card Attestation from Ministry of Education(MOE) Saudi Arabia which is mandated by UAE schools for getting admission for those coming from GCC schools. Kindly advice, if any has experience on it.

If your school is registered under MOE, you can go and do it from MOE Saudi. Your PRO can help on it.
