Cancellation of Absent from work status

@Arsal7 hello I  had a Degree of Human Resource  Development Management. 

I cannot deal with my previous employer for some money to make me transfer.

As I have mentioned to my statement I won my case that I filed to my previous employer for illegally terminated.

My concern is since, the transfer now is through  qiwa for a worker to transfer new establishment.

I submitted my documents in the Ministry of Labor Office for cancellation of my absent from work status,  the documents was taken at POLO until now it's Not yet canceled.

When I went to the Ministry of Labor to follow-up and I asked them, why is my ABSENT FROM WORK STATUS is Not yet canceled since I submitted the cancellation of huroob paper last January 2022. They answered me " bring your New sponsor here so we can cancel your huroob status".

I applied many jobs and most of the companies that I applied for a job told me "we want a worker to transfer by qiwa".

So how can I find a sponsor now since, most of the companies want to transfer a worker through qiwa.  Nobody wants to come in the Ministry of Labor Office to make kafil for me.  They told me it's time consuming and they don't want to compromise their works to do.

My papers was done submitting in the Ministry of Labor Office, I am ready to transfer now.  And I have a hard time to find a sponsor now because I cannot access my qiwa. 

What I need now is a sponsor who is willing to give their time to come in the Ministry of Labor Office to make kafil for me so, my ABSENT FROM WORK STATUS will be canceled that's all.

Sir! I have found a new sponsor but told me to just negotiate with my old sponsor to remove my huroob and they will just pay according to whatever the cost however my old sponsor dont want to accept any money and told me to just wait he already process with his lawyer in labor to remove my huroob. I just want to ask if it will take long time to process? Or he is jus giving me false promises because i am confused since according to labor also that old sponsor only need to come to labor to remove huroob and it will be done automatically. Pls enlighten me.thank you

Last month , when i went to labor 2 weeks ago they said already 30days.

I understand now that he is lying all the time i go to him to update about my status and maybe he really dont have plan to remove it after all.

But in the end still only the kafeel and labor court can remove the huroob right no matter how long?

In my case,company terminated me in last year 2022 November, they gave me 60 days to change the new sponsorship,in this time the new company send the request to my old company but they refused to accept, the reason they said as a competitor,so find another company and take time. Then am searching the new job and got it on may 2023 at this time the new company tried to send the request. They said you are in huroob, please check with the old company. Then I came back to old company and ask to them they said it's automatically came. Also I didn't get any messages from anywhere like qiwa. Also my old company not informed to me they made the huroob. Just give the advise what is the solution to remove the huroob. I have my family with me. Kids are studying, I can't exit from here. Please need advise

@Arsal7 hello sir, my case was closed and won during the 1st and 2nd session, as I check to najiz its stated the Ending Labor relationship since I am the defendant vs my employer because he started filing case towards me for compensation. But then in the middle of sessions the judge was on my side maybe because they find a strong reason of me leaving my sponsor. After the case closed my status remains Absent from work. Now the question sir @arsal7 what/how/and who. What is the procedure of lefting huroob in my status? How  to transfer the sponsorship if my qiwa doesn't work due to my absence of work.?  Who should I talk to remove my huroob since I found a new khafel.

@jk444009 this is also similar to my case I also won the case against my old sponsor who made me Huroob and the judge gave verdict which favour me in order to take transfer to another employer so this is on the third online section and this all happened and the judge asked me about the court ,where i want to make this case files and also to make transfer to new employer so I ask for Alkhobar Labour court. On the next day we take appointment in Alkhobar Labour court and i went with my new sponsor in n the Alkhobar court where we wish to settle these all headaches so we had appointment and we met the person's working over there but my bad unfortunately the Huroob transfer cases will no longer handling by Alkhobar Labour court. Almighty wish to test me again so the saudi person's who were working there told us to go and check in dammam labour court and in there the dammam labour court is currently settling these Huroob and related sponsors transfer cases.

So right now I am at this point ,i have the case report which favour me and this i downloaded from the HRSD website so please if anyone have a kind heart please guide me what I should do next ... please help.

I've received a message from qiwa that I should take transfer or exit within 60days from date of the message..

and I couldn't find new job within 60days, and finally when I find & my employers requested through qiwa, it's shows the employee is absent from work cannot be transferred

can you please guide what should I do now

to remove absent from work & transfer to new sponsor.
