Hi

Last time my hr applied E pass for me and unfortunately my pass was rejected.

Then my hr again appealed for my pass, but mom asked university verification certificate.

But my appeal time is expired . then mom said apply for new pass.

Then my hr applied E pass/ S Pass  for me.

I am asked to my hr why applied like this E pass / S pass for me.

My HR said mom approved any one pass so only applied like this.

After applied 3 days my S pass is rejected.

I will ask my HR S pass is rejected What's the next step or again applied new pass ah?

But my hr said only S pass only rejected not E pass . Epass is still pending only he told.

But i will check EP online S pass rejected nothing pending.

Please anyone clear my issues

Same time apply E pass/ S pass is possible?

Then my S pass is rejected means still E pass is pending and processing is possible?

If MOM asked for university validation certificate. Your employer should engage 3rd party verification agency like in my case RISQ STERLING..there are 2 more accredited agencies for university verification. Once its get verified your HR should include the verified university certificate on your Appeal or new E/SPass application. This happens to me after got rejected and an appeal was made. Thereafter EP got APPROVED.Goodluck

If your employer ticked the option "if ineligible for EP, consider S-Pass instead", MoM will first check your application for EP, then for S-Pass. You only get one rejection, after which nothing is pending any more.

The employer's HR seems inexperienced in this. Better look for another job!
