Availability and cost of meds

Post new topic

jack.landham

My wife needs a shot of Humira for arthritis every two weeks.  The cost of the shot is US$1500.00.  That would be an impossiblity for us if it were not for health insurance.  Our insurance will not work overseas. [We are now living in the USA but are considering relocating when I retire.]  So, the issue for us is the availability of Humira and how much it would cost in Guatemala.  Does anyone know if we can get Humira in Guatemala?  What about cost?

Thanks in advance for your help.
