Check back tomorrow.
Anyway, a friend of mine has been teaching at VUS for a number of years and they're constantly advertising on Facebook to get people to teach at their various branches including the one in Vũng Tàu, a beach town about 2,5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City/Sài Gòn. One of their recent ads said "Contact Urgently" and mentioned a "signing bonus", so they're definitely looking for people, as are many schools throughout the country.
Search for "VUS Vietnam" to find their English language website. But also have a look at as many other options as possible because there are many schools in Vietnam, so shop around before making a decision or committing to anything.
Colinoscapee posted a link to a Facebook group (Vietnam ESL Teachers). If you're on FB, there are a number of other English Teaching in Vietnam and Expats in Hanoi, Danang, Hoi An, HCMC, Vung Tau, etc. groups, where job ads are posted.
I suggest you avoid Hanoi and HCMC though if possible.
VUS only offer part-time contracts to new employees that already have a TRC from another company. That is their version of a probation contract, before they offer you full-time. So it seems they just poach from other employers who actually supported the employee's initial business visa/TRC process. This is for applicants already in Vietnam.- @Clip

Mainly, I mentioned them in case the OP needs to line up something quickly, and because they have a lot of branches, which allows teachers to avoid living in HCMC or Hanoi.
Basically, it's looking like a teachers' market so job seekers need to take advantage of the situation while it lasts.

@SimCityAT It's not about having a visa. The point here is they require a TRC. Yola, for example, will support a new teacher with the process to acquire the TRC themselves.

- @ClipVUS says "TRC/visa, which means a visa or TRC, not just a TRC.- @colinoscapee

I don't see how there could be a potential teacher in Vietnam with a business visa but no TRC unless they are in the middle of being supported by another employer.I believe this is VUS policy since before the pandemic and visa restrictions.- @Clip
