Honestly, if you guys looking for fun then i suggest
something where Fun exists, cause going somewhere to eat is not really fun, so i suggest.. maybe the following
-Clubbing
some exists and much more in maadi and mohandseen area
also Giza
-River Boat( Late Night Party)
We could go to one of those Large boats on the nile and spend a nice evening with music and food and like a private party if all like
-Theme Park day out
There are loads around here i guess and we could organize
something for a day there is also food and fun
-Horse riding and hiking then eating somewhere
but we need a bus if we are a large group which we could rent
or for safety we just go by cars...
this is what could be done so far i guess
there are much where Gals And Lads could do

thank you Michaelrazor for sharing and enhancing this with us, Actually we want to do some of these full of fun activities but for the time being and for this special event "Ramadhan month" it has a unique spirit and some orientations. we thought about living Ramadhan Spirit as it is special in Egypt here.
also, we should admit that Feluka night "small boat in Nile" was the best. and it is some how close to on of ur brilliant ideas.
We r looking forward to sharing more in our outing in such brilliant ideas and also by meeting u up there
Faluka is not bad idea but we will be sitting in mid Nile really doing nothing much but talking....
I don't Know really since the revolution started i am not sure anymore where to go.. I used to go to Hussein area but some people say it is not safe... so if you guys have something fun i am in with you ...

WoW, That's a long discussion and I just saw it now!!!
What I understood is that there a plan to go to the prince (or El Brence) first and then head to hussein and that sounds good....So, if I didn't already missed it I would be glad to join in.
I've tried several times to join any of the outing before but never succeeded for some reason, but this time I will.
If somebody please can confirm the details I would be grateful.
Thanks everyone.

I don't know the place u r talking about, Sameh. Maybe u can tell us about it and we'll go there another time. As for now, we have already notified everybody about El Prince and El Hussein so I won't be able to change it and like I said, many of us have cars and we'll finish Iftar early so the roads won't be crowded at that time.
Hope u join us once
it was suggestion ....BAHAAH locates in El-sayda zinab area...5 mins by car to el hussein area....hopw u will enjoy....

Those suggestions are great! Seeing that u know so much, why don't u try to organise something and post it! But put in mind the following:
1- Try to make the cost as low as possible so u can get many people joining.
2- Most girls would not be able to join the late night outings, of course it's up to u if u want the outing to be really late, I would just skip those ones and join the earlier ones
I suggest coming out with us once and meeting the people then u could discuss these ideas.
Hope 2 see u soon!
Rania
Hey everybody,
I have news that is kinda bad; I called the restaurant just now and the guy there told me that the restaurant is packed by 4:00pm which means that everybody must be there by 3:00pm. He also told me that no one can save chairs for others especially when it is a big group so everyone would be in charge of grabbing there own chair unless u r willing to eat while standing, it's kinda like we're in war, lol! Sorry for knowing this so late.
I suggest that everyone come straight from work to the restaurant. If u finish work at 3:00pm then just try to be there by 3:30pm.
If u r ok with coming at that time, plz confirm under my post, also write if there is anyone coming with u.
Please inform each other, as I know it is last minute.
Hey Mer928,
I don't know what u'll do but we must be there at 3pm so i think if u come at 4:30pm, we may not have a chair for u, plz try to come earlier!
I agree with you
Have you ever been at Arabian nights ?
It lovely place you can ride horse ,swim in pool have good food and make
Safari in desert it is not far than Cairo and not expensive
I will try to arrange one day there after ramdan
this is what could be done so far i guess
there are much where Gals And Lads could do

I have to agree with Don Moe, Michaelrazor. Many foreigners at any school I've worked at always work less than the Egyptians and get paid more, sorry to say this, no offense, of course there are the hard workers and the lazy ones from both sides but bosses tend to go down really hard on Egyptians if they are a bit lazy and they don't do that to the foreigners when they are lazy. Thank God it hasn't happened to me cos I love my job and work very hard.Of course there are foreigners I know and are good friends of mine that are very honest and hard workers.
Maybe cos u're in a high position and ur company pay u well so that must be why they ask so much of u, that's happens to me!
I think everybody should be honest and try to do their best at work, I always do!

U guys, that's my dream too, not so much the bar thing but to retire on an Island and just relax and maybe travel all around the world, would be amazing!

yeah, it was a great choice bro
Amr, there is Iftar event on Tuesday in a felucca in Maadi, then horse riding, many nationalities will be there, but I don't know if I will go or not.

why dont u post it as time and date???
actually Tuesday is the last day in Ramadhan and I consider it a family day. so I dont know if i could come or not although I love horse riding. let me see
It is el "wa2fa day" the last day before the Eid, and what I know that this day is for friends, not family, all the friends are meeting in that day to celebrate and enjoy fun, play...etc, the problem will be with the traffic in that day
Anyway, I don't know if you will be able to come or not, but I will send you the details in PM at night, coz am at work now
And I don't mind to post it here, but the event has already been done, and it d too short to mention it here
Cheers
