@coach53 dead beat ? The guy bought the property  and paid to have the  resort  bulit .
She tossed her husband out like a dirty rag instead of caring for him like a decent person would have
Really disgusting what she did .
- @mahi948
I dont know about this guy.
Many are terrible at chosing woman, often by "thinking with wrong head"   :)
On top of that are many stupid dont even try to protect themselves, puting everything in even a girlfriend's name, so she dont even have to scam to get it!!
coach53
A part of the explanation to I have had time to do much though is I have no kids, So it can be time to do that now after I become semi-retired.

I hope that does not mean that Coach 54 is on the way
- @Cherryann01
You can hope what you want.
What more stupid conclusions do you have?   :D

Coach53 is a 70 year old whose memory is failing, he is repeating posts of his greatness, reaching  a point of being delusional, will paranoia follow?

Good news coach, an order of Enzyte will cure your childless life, if you can find a mate and if it was caused by ED.

On the other hand you may be impotent or asexual. . . . .S.O.L.

Where do you think it all went wrong Coach? Were you starved of oxygen at birth?

I tend to agree with the saying that the "wrong head" should never ever be used for any kind of financial decision making.

Sad for your BS, I function WITHOUT Viagra and such still     :)     The needed "cure" us just idiot "specialist" doctors make surgery at this common sport injury...

What BS will you write next?   :D

@Enzyte Bob Finding a mate may be difficult for him because I am sure he does not want a hard to impress Scorpio or a duck walking Aries for a mate.

- @Lotus Eater

You go on failing with your lies and BS, inspite I have shown every time you are a ignogant prick...  Will you never learn?   :D

The ONLY* I have failed with ever are my sports injury...  which make I would get to much worse if I travel.
* In some projects where I cooperated with other businesses (in Sweden) it became failure - but that depended of I didnt have majority and the majority were to stupid to do as I said    :)     (I didnt lose more than time and tiny investment, but it didnt become a profit by their actions.)

DURING this I cant travel making injury period I have SUCCEEDED anyway with e g:

1. Started a modern FLAT type software developing section in Russia for a Swedish client, inspite of "western" Russian expert said its impossible...   :)
Many foreign companies* including American dont even manage to ,make modern Flat business organisations in the birth of flat organisations Sweden. And then they wonder why they dont reach expected results! 1f923.svg
*Exception: Many foreign software development companies have understood they need to make them flat.

(2. I did it before the injury, but during it the Swedish national Federation for one of the sports I have been coach in, asked if I allowed them to RECOMEND and include methods from my earlier laught at exersises...  :)    I said ok because I had used that allready when I did lead two clubs from bottom to Swedish elite, and if I will use it again it will not be in Sweden anyway but in Phils.)

3. Made Swedish "BIR" pay a half million EXTRA to a client!
(Owner phoned me worried about BIR had told him its not allowed to do as they had done. During he went on talking worried, I got the idea how they* could get 3/4 million LESS tax by doing acounting an other way.  A half million BIR agreed to rather fast, but they havent agreed to the part I find most obvious  - and they go on being at stupidity level as quality of some BS posters here  :D   I have tried several times to make BIR understand, but it seem we will need to go to court to get that money too.)
*As with other of my Business consulting related jobs mostly, I charge a percentage of improved result - So Swedish BIR will kind of pay buying up an additional business for me in Phils    :)

4. And now I am succeeding with business in Phils too   :)    One business bought to change the error in, and we are in progress to buy a second.  Well. To early to say for sure it will succeed, but it would be odd if not because after the errors earlier owners made, they will be worth much more than their asked price so we havent even bother to haggle.  At least I have succeeded with making DTI change their registration system so it functions now    :)

What went wrong for YOU, who need to spend money to get honey?   as you have said yourself YOU need to do...   :D

Although this time you were RIGHT partly!!! without even knowing you were  1f923.svg

(I dont want an Aries, because big risk they dont think ahead as much as I want a wife to do,
while Scorpios are harder to handle, but have in average best potential.   My Filipino business partner have such wife   :)
And  not likely Scorpios are booring.
Actualy half of the few women I have been serious interested in ever are Scorpios BUT I perhaps, because of my age, better chose someone easier to handle   :)

Its easy to find women - in Sweden too - who want me,  I have my grandfather's charm - when I want to   :)
but I have hard to find a suiting wife because I have so extreem big difference between my serious and my much joking sides so
When my joking side find someone interesting, then my serious side find them to messy
and when my serrious side find someone interesting, then my joking side find them to boooooring     :)   normaly.

Hi ive been to the Philippines for the first time this year with the purpose of having a nice vacation and meeting girls for dating and just a night.

Ive been to the island Mindoro and Manila and i got to say ive had a great time on mindoro at Puerto Galera.

The bars and clubs were filled with girls and the vibe to my idea was very pointed to the expats expection.

But when coming back to Manila ive had a much harder time finding the same places i found in Puerto.

Now i was wondering what places are worth visiting around Manila or flying distance girls and area wise.
Prevered to be islands but what would be great visiting places for a single guys second time in the Philippines?
- @foveres

To the OP,

I believe you've gone to the wrong forum for the information you are seeking. Most of us here are decent people who want to live a decent life here in the Philippines, avoiding risks and complications.

Do a simple search on Google for "red light district (name of city)," and you will find information, that is likely much more extensive than any of us here can provide.

- @Enzyte Bob
Wealthy:
Obviously no need of astrology for that, just enough research and logic thinking.
Although of the stock market falls, which I told a half year before they happened, one I found by supernatural   :)  skill - which all people have more or less skill for -   (1987)
while the "IT-bubble" I predicted by logic thinking.

Handsome. Popular with women:
I have NEVER counted myself handsome     - although it become better and better in comparing with men in my age by most get aged look much faster than I   :)
(Although as teenager my photo model sister envied my eyes and hair but sure not some other parts  :)    Some Filipinas have said they want my potatoe nose to their future kids!!!  1f923.svg
Obviously NO NEED to be handsome by women in average are much more clever than men concerning what they look for in a partner...    :)
Actualy many women LIKE to talk astrology, because of related to feelings and relations.  Except some of them I have told no chance we cant suit   1f923.svg
But many find it interesting when I tell them who can suit them instead.  Rather big part of "My private news service" in Phils are such, who want to continue communicate with me inspite of I have told them we cant suit to each other.
The astrology I bother about are NOT preditions of future, its about basic personality and which personalities have chance to suit to each other - or not.  So concernings relations its kind of prediction too     :)

Lovable:
I try to be nice to nice people
and bad to bad people
which some have noticed in this forum too...   :)
And it seem many women I have met like that    :)  although some are so affraid of conflicts, so they dont like when I confront pricks as Lotus Eater    :)

Literate:
Mathematics and essays were my BEST subjects in school - in both Swedish and English...  :)
I cant help some people dont manage to understand long sentences...:D

Regarding the last sentence of your post: I cant help some people dont manage to understand long sentences...

By the preponderance of your writings I doubt anyone can believe or take you seriously.

The correct is it sound like that FOR an idiot   :D
because
INTELECTUALS as e g law relatated people write often LONG sentences...
NEWSPAPERS aiming at SIMPLE people want SHORT sentences even grammaticaly WRONG on purpouse as sentences starting with "But" and "And". If you want to be read make shorter posts past the 5th line we no longer read if we see a slice of bread
Subjects as e g OFTEN WRONG believes about foreigners owning of real estate or business NEED long explainations, because there can be more than one alternative, suiting different situations...
So if stop reading after a few lines in such subjects is stupid...
I will go on writing often COMPLEETE answers, so them who want such get chance to get that knowledge - which some of have taken me years to find.
I dont bother what stupid people think  :)  who dont read long texts just because they are long.

I often BACK UP what I say with EXAMPLES, so everyone can make your own conclutions
and/or to make it easier to understand what I wrote.
IF my point is understood then can these examples - normaly written within brackets - be SKIPED.  The more brackets, the more skipable   :)

An other subject often needing long texts are foreigners thinking wrong/geting trouble/screwing up is main cultural differences,
which I back up too with examples I know...

Short lie and BS posts can need long answers though to SHOW how much wrong and big pricks the BS posters are... :)

You go on with your FALSE claims BS posts.

/Humility
Onviously I am not humble  :)  and have never claimed to be,  BUT several times, when others involved in a project, tell good ideas I let them count it as theirs inspite of mostly I had that idea allready in startup of projecting, to bost their self asteem.

/Good looks.
I told I have never counted myself as handsome, but you go on writing such BS anyway...
But by many women value charm and intellience in men...   :)

/Financial advisor.
Well. I dont count myself as that, but business consultant, which can be some related.
((Although perhaps others counted me as finansial advisor back when I made published analyses of stock market companies and made some recomendations. LONG text analyses  1f923.svg  My track record back when I invested in stocks,  I suppouse quality me as financial adviser though. (There were years as 174 and 267 % plus in LONG term investments. not riskier daytrading. And when financial "specialists" screwed up the world economy 2008 then my investment went UP 45 % during same months stock market FELL much.))

I havent been asked by IKEA   :)
((but I have had high positions within among the bigest companies in Sweden in PR and distribibution. One of them as teenager, and the other as business consultant in own business doing the region boss work during I solved their crisis.))
I have never wanted to be CEO in any other company than my own, because I dont want others to have power to screw up by voting me down:)

You're very welcome!  should you have any other questions, please feel to throw them my way, i would be happy to assist further!

there are personal tour guide services available that you can look up. Often they offer packages good for 1-2 people or small groups up to 5 people.
But I'm not so sure of their price ranges. Couldn't be more than a couple of thousand pesos a day though I would imagine.

Best.

kristopherryanwatson

@Cherryann01

Oh, and you would absolutely not catch me ever checking out that horrible man-made beach known as the Dolomite beach.
I don't know what their overall main objective is by creating that and leading the people on to think its some sort of 'natural marvel'. it's not. but its a typical Pinoy solution: Cover the wound with the lowest grade band-aid, and then pat themselves on the back for the effort.

It is truly abhorrent.

Cherryann01

@kristopherryanwatson  Thank you for all the useful information regarding trips and the best places to visit in Manila. I will definitely give the artificial beach a miss but may look into the private tours you mentioned. Although I have found out through experience that if a tour is advertised for a certain number of people, a single person can sometimes find the price doubles.

kristopherryanwatson

@Cherryann01

You're very welcome, once again.

If you're a single foreign dude visiting the Philippines for the first time and you're pursuing a City tour guide for your entertainment for a day or two, chances are that any less than reputable service provider will try to rip you off by charging way more than should be allowed. They just won't think you know any better...no different than if one would be taking a Taxci straight out of NAIA upon your flight arrival to get to where you need to settle in.

always be diligent with such things. I'm sure i don't need to tell you that.

If one has Filipino friends, surely they would be happy to tour you around on their 'off day' and happily would accept a 1 -  2k and a few small meals in between the touring as compensation.

Cherryann01
@kristopherryanwatson  Yes I am sure that is true but what I mean was that even reputable trip organisers seem to bump the price up for anybody wishing to join a tour on their own.

An example being that in Saigon on my way back from the Philippines (I did a little stopover), and I think it was Viator where I tried to book a tour which was advertised for £38. Once you change the number of people going on the tour from 2 to 1 in the pop up box, the price doubles.
kristopherryanwatson

@Cherryann01

Got you. The cost increase for a single person makes sense to me. So really, organized tours with a reputable service provider only seems to be worth it with 5 people or more, where packages are then available at a discounted cost.

Makes sense for them to charge more for a single person (cost / over time = return)

Cherryann01
@kristopherryanwatson I agree with you that it does make sense for the company to be charging more for a single person.

I just wish it was easier to spot when looking.

In fact I think that some women, maybe not in the Philippines already offer services they list as Tour Guide. It would make sense to pay for a companion for the day if all your paying extra is for meals. Same price for the tour obviously because of x2 rather than one person at double the price.

I am not suggesting anything other than a companion for an organised tour here.

@zoe2016 Hi Zoe, I'm planning to travel to Phillipines for the first time, any advice for me in regards to location and amenities.

I understand that foreigners cannot buy property there but I'm pretty sure I could work around that once I've seen the actual island and have a better understanding of what to do and how to go about it.

With the replies in this thread it makes me wonder if I should even bother to ask about the women, it seems they either nuns are gold diggers possibly both. Anyhow I wouldn't mind seeing the country side and nature as opposed to the cities as I'm quite sure I wouldn't want to base myself around the bustle as I'm largely an outdoors person and do like the solitude.  Any ideas?

Good to know someone from South Africa is on the way to work his way around existing laws.  You will be so welcome. Your ideas about the women make me thank you for not asking about them. I suggest that as an outdoor man who likes solitude, you should move into an uninhabited  island,  it would be best for all involved.

Hello and welcome to the forum. As an outdoor person myself I avoid the cities. The provincial areas of the Philippines are a nature lovers dream come true. If you love waterfalls, island hopping, mountains, beaches and just the unaltered beauty of nature then you're coming to the right place. I live on an island in the eastern Visayas or the central region. Here you won't find nearly as many gold diggers. The more traditional ladies of the provinces are in a class of their own. Too many folks on the forum like to base their views on a single experience.

karpingary69

Don't believe the slanders about the women.

There is everything like every where else

Put in the effort and find a great girl . I did and I'm very happy getting married.

Check out Angeles city

Much more manageable and user friendly than manilla.

Great people beautiful museums awesome malls I love it.

sartechjf

I married a native Pilipina, and we're quite happy. I think there are "gold diggers" anywhere you go. SES, infrastructure, regional violence, war...they all play a role, yes. I think, though, if we allow ourselves to think a little bit about what some folks live through, we can't fault them for looking for a better life in whatever way works best for them. I'm not saying when a few guys in Mexico tried to rob me that I was immediately forgiving, because I'm absolutely not giving up my wallet to anyone, especially not in a forced scenario. And being "played" by a woman would suck. But I am saying the nature of it is understandable.

That said, as some others have pointed out, there are some wonderful people in all areas of the world, PI included.

If you're actively looking for a woman, go to MOA on any day of the week during the hottest part of the day. You'll find many who are looking for love or money or both. As another suggested, if you're looking for old school, spend time in the provinces.

If you're willing to take your time and just meet whoever you meet, then travel, enjoy yourself, and maybe meet some wonderful people--women included--along the way. Eventually, as happened with me, I would imagine you'll find someone who enjoys you for you and decides they want to stick around for the long haul.

Best of luck, my friend. :)
