WPOnline Application has not been approved

hi, i am an anxious malaysian looking for work in SG. i managed to secure a job and they applied my permit last week. it has been a week and i checked WPOnline application status, it says "invalid, your application has not been approved. please contact your employer". i had it redone in malay, it says "tidak sah, permohonan anda belum diluluskan" with emphasis on the word "belum" which more or less means "yet". this is confusing, what does this mean ? am i rejected ?

@snis Hi! Based on my recent experience, Invalid is same as rejected. Contact your employer and ask why your application is rejected.
