Booking a hotel or b&b in Morocco for non -married people

Post new topic

Hello,

I will probably travel to Morocco in the next months with my girlfriend .
i know that, for non - married couples from Morocco it is not allowed to sleep together in the same hotel or b&b room in Morocco, due to islamic laws.
Do you know if it is the same for foreign couples ? I am from Italy and I would like to know in advance if I have to book two separate rooms for  my gf and I.
Thanks

I'm Canadian and based on my experience, yes you can stay in air b&b or hotel with your gf  in the same room no problem.

@leodelciello hi. As per other users. They are correct. As foreigners couple who both hold non Moroccan passport or nationality. They are free to visit and stay with each other in hotels and any other place. The rules you talk about only apply if one of you are Moroccan citizen.

Enjoy your stay and Morocco.

Regards

Arif
