Help with Ataturk International Airport - Meet and Assist service?

The Egyptian

Hello,

I am Egyptian living in Egypt, my wife is Ukrainian and is living with me.

My mother-in-law is coming to visit us very soon and since there is no direct flight from Ukraine to Cairo she'll have to stop over in Istanbul (Ataturk International Airport).

Problem is? My mother-in-law does not speak English .... Only Russian. This is her first flight ever in her life and first international travel.

I am really afraid she can't find her gate for her connecting flight or can't find someone to speak Russian to guide her.

Is there any paid meet-and-assist service at Ataturk International that I can book online for her so somebody could escort her from her arrival flight at Istanbul and take her to her departure gate and ensure she takes the right flight?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Ahmad
