My E-P is rejected. help me to give advice for submitting an appeal ?

Guest6589

EP applied: 2 June 2022

EP Rejected: 27 July 2022

In between my employer submitted all documents whatever they are asking.

Reasons for rejection :

Your application is not successful because:
There was a significant change in the candidate's salary compared to their past salaries. We need to ensure that you will bepaying the salary and be convinced that the salary for the candidate is justified. For renewals, please show us proof of theactual salary paid to the candidate in the last 3 months. It will help your case if you can submit documents to show yourcompany has the finances or other means to sustain your business operations, including your employees' salaries.

@mvching Thank you so much :)

313326: Obviously, MoM thinks the salary is too high and suspects that the employer will not in fact pay this amount.
So, before an appeal, they sould lower your salary, write a convincing justification why you are worth that much to them and submit sufficient proof that the company has the financial means to pay you.
All this is unlikely to happen and be successful, so you should continue looking for other options as well.

@beppi  Thanks for a prompt response. They are preparing the documents to show why they pay me the declared salary. I was employed at the same company around 4 yrs spass they upgrade me to EP. Over a billion turnover company, why they are asking like this really shocking.Thanks.
