Hello everyone, looking for some inputs to assess PR approval

Gender: Male
Age: 30
Family: Single
Citizenship: Malaysian
Race:Malay
Religion: Muslim
Education: Diploma in Information Technology (MDIS)
Current Job: System Engineer
Annual Salary: $54k

Been working in Singapore all my life. family members are born Singaporean except for my mum a malaysian

If "family members" includes your father, you were Singaporean by birth - and also Malaysian due to your mom.
Then you must have opted for Malaysian citizenship when the authorities forced you to choose one (at the age of  22). Did you want to avoid NS?
In this case you have no chance to become PR or citizen ever again. Count yourself lucky you have a work pass (for now)!

So your father was not Singaporean at your birth? Is he now?
How and when did the other family members become Singaporean?
And why didn't you apply with them?
