My question is "how long do Spass need to get outcome from MOM these days?"

Did you try to find the answer by yourself? Why not?

we have explained numerous times that work pass applications take anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months in most cases (special circumstances can deviate from this).

There is also a very long discussion thread about this topic, with many actual examples, which you should read!
