A fully branded-new furnished in a renovated historic building is 35 m2 comfortably accommodating 2 people. There is a king size bed and a sofa which can be a single bed in the studio. The studio also has balcony, private bathroom, and kitchen. There are also bed sheets, towels, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, kettle, an airconditioner, a 32 inc FullHD TV, kitchen utensils in the flat.

The apartment is on the second floor. Its number is 6.

The rent includes cleaning once a two weeks.

The apartment complex is located at Beyoglu/Taksim. It is very close to the subway and bus stations. It takes a few minutes walk to Taksim/ Istiklal street.  Its located in a safe neighbourhood. it is also close to Galata Tower, Golden Horn and all touristic sights such as Sultan Ahmet, Hagia Sofia & other historic landmarks. Easy access to stores, shopping malls, pharmacies, coffee shops, and sport centers.
